Acceptable Use Policy

Use the Services only for lawful pickleball, event, organization, commerce, and communication purposes and only within the permissions assigned to your account.

• Do not threaten, harass, stalk, exploit, discriminate against, or encourage violence toward another person.
• Do not publish another person’s private contact, location, financial, health, authentication, or emergency-contact information without authorization.
• Do not use event communications for sexual exploitation, grooming, or inappropriate contact with a minor.
• Do not submit false safety, medical, score, eligibility, check-in, or emergency information.

• Do not falsify scores, ratings, identity, age, eligibility, attendance, payment, bracket outcomes, official assignments, or tournament records.
• Do not collude to fix matches, manipulate standings, abuse refunds, evade a suspension, or interfere with officials or other participants.
• Do not access, change, or publish private tournament data without the organizer permission required by your role.

• Do not probe, scan, exploit, disrupt, overload, or bypass authentication, authorization, rate limits, tenant boundaries, payment controls, or safety controls.
• Do not introduce malware, scrape at a volume that impairs service, automate account creation, harvest credentials, or use stolen tokens.
• Do not reverse engineer the Services except to the limited extent a law expressly allows despite this restriction.
• Report suspected vulnerabilities privately to our legal contact. Do not access data beyond what is necessary to demonstrate the issue, and do not disrupt service or disclose the issue before we can address it.

• Do not upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive, defamatory, obscene, or malicious content.
• Do not send spam, phishing, fraudulent promotions, or commercial messages without the recipient consent and opt-out controls required by law.
• Do not impersonate Pickleball Parlor, an organizer, official, provider, or another person.
• Do not use personal information obtained through the Services for unrelated marketing, sale, surveillance, or eligibility decisions.

• Do not use stolen payment methods, fraudulent disputes, fabricated delivery claims, coupon abuse, resale schemes, or money-laundering activity.
• Organizers and merchants must describe prices, mandatory fees, refund terms, products, and availability accurately and must honor applicable consumer law.

We may remove content, limit features, preserve evidence, suspend or terminate accounts, reverse fraudulent benefits, notify an organization, provider, or authority, and take other proportionate action. We consider severity, intent, history, risk, legal duties, and whether a violation can be cured. Where practical and safe, we will provide notice and an opportunity to appeal.
