Contact our legal email with the transaction or order number, account email, item or event, reason, and any supporting photographs. Do not send complete card numbers or sensitive medical information. We may verify account ownership before acting.
The organizer-specific refund terms displayed before registration control the event fee. Organizers may set reasonable deadlines and distinguish withdrawals, no-shows, weather, rescheduling, and cancellation. Those terms cannot remove a refund right required by law.
You may cancel a subscription before renewal through the online billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals and ordinarily takes effect at the end of the current paid period. We generally do not provide prorated refunds for unused time after a billing period begins.
We will refund a duplicate or unauthorized charge after verification, a charge collected after a timely effective cancellation, or an amount otherwise required by law. If we terminate a prepaid plan without cause or materially fail to provide the paid service and cannot cure the issue, we will provide an appropriate prorated refund or credit.
Many store products are printed or made to order. Except where law requires otherwise, made-to-order goods are not returnable for preference, incorrect size selection, or buyer-supplied address errors after fulfillment begins. Review product details and shipping information before payment.
Approved electronic refunds are initiated promptly to the original payment method. Bank posting times vary. Cash or offline payments are refunded by the organizer or seller that collected them. Credits are offered only as an option unless the original disclosure and law permit credit as the required remedy.
Contact us first so we can investigate. Filing a chargeback does not expand or reduce legal rights. We may provide the payment processor with transaction, delivery, acceptance, and communication records needed to respond to a dispute.
