No. Players pay the entry fee for each event they join. Referees use Pickleball Parlor without a subscription.
One active tournament and one active league at a time, up to 256 players, one organizer account, brackets, check-in, scoring, and live results. It adds a $5 service fee per paid player.
The player pays the entry price plus $5. The organizer receives the entry price minus card fees.
A 1.5% fee on each paid registration, plus card processing (2.9% + 30¢). Both are added to the player's total, so organizers keep 100% of the entry price.
Organizers fund refunds. Service and processing fees are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled.
Professional and Enterprise organizations show their own logo, colors and sign-in page to players, and can connect their own domain. Connecting your own domain on Professional is a one-time $199 setup fee; Enterprise includes it. Legal links and payment notices always stay.
