Our commitment to accessible digital services and the process for requesting help or reporting a barrier.
Effective: July 9, 2026
Version: 2026-07-09
Pickleball Parlor is committed to providing people with disabilities meaningful access to our public websites, account services, tournament information, registration, scoring, store, and support. Accessibility is part of our design, engineering, testing, and content work.
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as our technical target where applicable. We work to support keyboard navigation, visible focus, semantic headings and labels, text alternatives, color contrast, zoom and reflow, understandable errors, and compatibility with current assistive technologies. Conformance is an ongoing process, and some third-party or legacy areas may not yet meet every target.
Some payment, authentication, map, media, fulfillment, or organizer-provided content is controlled by a third party. We seek accessible providers and integration patterns and will help identify an alternative when reasonably possible. Organizers and tenants are responsible for the accessibility of content they upload and the physical events and venues they operate.
Contact our legal email with the subject “Accessibility.” Identify the page or feature, what you were trying to do, the barrier, and your preferred contact method. Do not include passwords or complete payment-card information. We will acknowledge the report, investigate, and provide an accessible alternative or remediation update when reasonably possible.
For a physical tournament or league accommodation, contact the organizer listed on the event page as early as possible. Pickleball Parlor will assist with platform access, but independent organizers control venue and competition accommodations.
