Important automatic-renewal, billing, trial, cancellation, and price-change terms for paid organization plans.

These Subscription Terms supplement the Terms of Service for paid Pickleball Parlor organization plans. Your checkout page or signed order form identifies the plan, features, limits, price, currency, taxes, billing interval, and any trial. A signed order form controls if it expressly conflicts with these Subscription Terms.
PAID PLANS AUTOMATICALLY RENEW EACH MONTH, OR AT THE INTERVAL SHOWN AT CHECKOUT, UNTIL CANCELED. BY CHECKING THE ACCEPTANCE BOX AND COMPLETING CHECKOUT, YOU EXPRESSLY AUTHORIZE RECURRING CHARGES TO YOUR SELECTED PAYMENT METHOD AT THE THEN-CURRENT PRICE PLUS APPLICABLE TAX.
A self-service organization currently receives a 14-day trial. A trial created without a payment method expires unless you affirmatively select and purchase a paid plan. If a checkout offer states that a trial will convert automatically, that checkout must disclose the conversion date and amount before you consent; those disclosed terms control.
Charges are billed in advance for each billing period. You authorize Stripe to store the payment credential and process recurring charges. You are responsible for applicable taxes other than taxes on our net income. If a payment fails, we or Stripe may retry it and may suspend paid features after notice while an amount remains due.
You may cancel online at any time from Tenant Admin → Billing → Manage Billing. The Stripe billing portal provides the cancellation control; no phone call or sales conversation is required. If you cannot access the portal, contact our legal email before the renewal date and identify the organization and owner account.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless the portal expressly offers an earlier date. You keep paid access through that date. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not ordinarily refund a charge already incurred. The Refund and Cancellation Policy describes exceptions.
We will provide receipts and any renewal, trial-conversion, annual reminder, or price-change notices required by applicable law using the billing email on file. You are responsible for keeping it current. A material price increase will not apply before the notice period required by law; you may cancel before the new price is charged.
Upgrades may take effect immediately and may be prorated as shown by Stripe. Downgrades ordinarily take effect at renewal and may require reducing usage to the new plan limits. We may improve or modify features, but will not materially reduce the core paid service during a prepaid period without a reasonable substitute, credit, termination option, or refund where required by law.
The person accepting these terms represents that they are authorized to purchase for the organization. We record the accepting user, timestamp, IP address, user agent, context, organization, and versions of the legal documents accepted. Stripe maintains the payment authorization and invoice records.
