The rules for free, optional pre-release access, beta measurement, feedback, and the transition when the program ends.
Effective: July 9, 2026
Version: 2026-07-11-milestones
Shiloh Systems LLC offers this optional beta so selected users can evaluate developing Pickleball Parlor features and help us improve them. The beta is a pre-release service and may change, contain errors, or be unavailable from time to time.
The regular Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy also apply. If these Beta Program Terms conflict with the regular Terms solely about the beta, these Beta Program Terms control.
We do not charge a subscription or platform-access fee for approved use during the beta, and no payment card is required to join. Beta access does not automatically convert to a paid subscription.
If paid plans become available, we will disclose the price and material terms and ask you to affirmatively choose a plan before charging for continued platform access. Declining a paid plan may end access after any notice period we provide.
Participation requires consent to limited beta analytics so we can evaluate adoption and improve the service. Beta measurement records account-level session starts, page paths without query strings, organization creation, low-cardinality competition milestones such as tournament or league creation, players added, registration opening, schedule or bracket generation, first-match and competition completion, DUPR submission status, timestamps, and feedback events.
Beta measurement is designed not to record passwords, payment-card details, DUPR credentials or tokens, free-form field contents, or URL query strings. Our Privacy Policy describes the broader information the service processes to operate normally.
Pickleball Parlor supplies software services and does not operate your tournament, league, club, or facility. You remain responsible for event rules, staffing, participant safety, permissions, refunds, taxes, accessibility, communications, and compliance with applicable law.
Do not rely on a beta feature as the sole system for emergency, safety-critical, medical, or legally required records. Maintain reasonable backups and verify schedules, brackets, scores, payments, and external rating submissions before acting on them.
We may change or end the beta after reasonable notice when practicable, including by closing applications separately from disabling existing access. Turning off unpaid beta access does not authorize us to charge you.
Before a planned end, we may offer export tools, a paid plan, or a transition period. We may retain account, audit, feedback, transaction, and historical sports records as described in the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
The beta is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. The disclaimers, limitations of liability, dispute terms, and governing-law provisions in the Terms of Service apply to the beta.
