SightPlay handles the scorer’s immediate job while Pickleball Parlor keeps the broader tournament or league moving.
STEP 01
The organizer assigns a match in Pickleball Parlor. SightPlay shows authorized users the match, teams, format, and scoring context they need.
STEP 02
Use the focused manual score pad without camera access, or enter a supported video-assisted workflow when the device and event setup allow it.
STEP 03
The completed score synchronizes to the same Parlor match used by schedules, brackets, standings, notifications, and eligible DUPR workflows.
Manual scoring is the dependable base experience. Video-assisted tools add camera calibration, court tracking, rally events, and review support without turning an experimental signal into an automatic official result.
Manual scoring first
A clear, phone-friendly score pad works without camera permission and keeps the scorer focused on the match.
Video-assisted option
Camera tools support calibration, court tracking, event review, and assisted calls where the mobile workflow supports them.
Role-aware access
Referees, scorekeepers, court monitors, and leads see assigned work. Staff and administrators retain intentional oversight.
Protected match state
Completed and cancelled matches stay locked, and every score update remains tied to an authenticated Parlor user and match.
Organizers keep control in Pickleball Parlor. SightPlay gives each approved helper a smaller, clearer surface for the match they are responsible for.
Assigned work only
Ordinary users cannot browse or edit every event match.
Locked final states
Completed and cancelled matches remain protected from further scoring.
Parlor remains authoritative
Organizer controls, brackets, standings, and result history stay in the main event system.
We are looking for organizers, referees, scorekeepers, and court staff who can test the complete assignment-to-result workflow and tell us where it needs to be faster or clearer.
